The debt isn't so scary when you realize it is nearly all carry trade. They are AAA rated and can borrow at VERY low short rates. And we all know the carry trade bubble will never be popped.

Wow - their debt to equity is running about 10:1! Of course, debt to market cap is more like 1:1, so they could still get cash to cover the debt by stock sales if they had to. Of course, trouble might also impact the stock price.
