McCain said that to Tim Russert. He called Bush corrupt, gave his State of the Union a C- and called him irresponsible and negligent for letting congress "spend like drunken sailors". If you didn 't see the show you ought to get a transcript because it's one of the most powerful indictments of Bush economics from one of their own. McCain is right. Bush transfers wealth to the rich at everyone else's expense, including our treasury, yet lets his cronies spend, gouge and loot like pirates.
