Clinton might well have pushed for invasion if he had been President instead of Bush -- what he would actually do would have been based on his assessment of intelligence and what was in the best interests of the United States. He would have taken the time to read key briefing documents and would most likely have made a much more informed decision than Bush, but his exact decision we will never know -- there are times when having an intelligent man in the White House can be useful, one who actually reads things and tries to really understand who is bending the truth or not.
