Fact: Starr investigated credible allegations of perjury as authorized by Clinton's own AG which proved to be correct.... Fact: There was no evidence of any wrongdoing by Bush in Harken. Fact: Lay's alleged crimes occurred on Clinton's watch BUT he has been indicted by the Bush DOJ and stands a possiblity of doing 175 years in prison.
