I agree with you. IMO a private business (or a private club) has the right to dictate that certain types of dress are not allowed. Usually there is a good reason for the request, and I'm sure you're probably correct that your bank wanted better pictures for their security cameras!

I guess so but you shouldn't be charged with making a terrorist threat when you violate those rules. And its even worse if there are no explicity stated rules. They should be able to tell you to leave or to take off the mask, but they shouldn't be able to charge you with a serious crime just for walking in wearing a ski mask.
