<font color=blue>"Do you think a terrorist would fill out that document honestly? Or would they lie about relevant information regarding their identity, intentions, or finances?"<font color=black>

The more false information they supply, the higher the
risk they take in setting off 'red flags' that could trip
a terrorist up. It makes it far more difficult for them to
do their dirty work right under our noses. That is a clear
plus for us. And far less importantly, they also risk
having that false application rejected.

I never said that the Act was perfect, nor that those
within this massive bureaucracy (at all levels of gov't)
implement the provisions of our laws & regulations
flawlessly.

I'm just not going to change my POV on the overall Patriot
Act without clear evidence of significant, credible flaws.
