If he did nothing more then wear the mask in the store it would be the trigger happy store owner who bears the responsibility for putting the others in the store at risk

a thief or worse is what the store owner is thinking......obviously his intent was to f*** with the store owner's head...

only the store owner doesn't really know he's just playing an ill conceived little mind game now does he?

it's the store owner's responsibility to *protect* himself and his business, not play stupid mind games with some guy who apparently doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground

as far as the specific laws precluding entering with your face covered...well yeah....i'm guessing that's why they went on the technicality of a "terrorist threat"

look, all i'm saying is if you come walking into my establishment with a ski mask or any other kind of mask, be prepared for the potential consequences....

like i said, the jerk is lucky to be alive

and if sending his sorry little self to prison for a year deters others from the same kind of "prank"...(and potentially saving lives) i'm all for it
