Junk bonds have been acting quite well of late. The Fidelity junk fund (SPHIX) has rallied several percent the last month or two and now is only about 3% below its January peak. This is a MUCH better performance than seen in 10-year treasuries over this period.

Strong junk bond action could portend a final stock market rally sometime this summer.
