When they are resurrected, they will be cast into the lake of fire which is the second death. They will be vivified when death is abolished. 1 Cor 15:26.

Paul tells us that "as in Adam all are dying, even so, in Christ, shall all be vivified". Same all. but each in his own order 1 Christ, the firstfruit, 2. Then those who are Christ's in His presence, then 3. then the consummation, whenever He may be giving up the kingdom to His God and Father, whenever He should be nullifying all sovereignty and all authority and power. He also said Christ "gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time". And again, He is the Savior of all mankind, especially (not exclusively) of believers.

Paul "qualifies" that all will be saved several times.

The context of the resurrection here is eonian life. They have no hope for eonian life. Their fate during the eons is the lake of fire.
