Responsible rich people know taxes are part of their patriotic duty. People like Kerry-Heinz, Buffett, Gates. Selfish greedy ones like Cheney and Ken Lay take their money to the Cayman Islands and milk our treasury for huge deals, then gouge the government and consumers. Bushies are on the side of corrupt selfish rich people. Kerry is on the side of honest ones. It's pretty cut and dry. Bushies believe that being rich entitles them to be above everyone else and no longer pay dues. That's just wrong.
