Of course Clinton tried to implement regime change in Iraq. Further, It was the Clinton Administration that linked al Qaeda to Iraq, and the development/manufacture of VX gas in the Sudan. Secretary Cohen testified to this, before the 9.11 Commission. Are you now saying, that the Clinton Administration, bombed the al Shifa, drug plant, to divert the Nation's attention from Monica Lewinsky - that the Clinton Administration was lying about a link between al Qaeda, Iraq and chemical weapons? re: "Clinton announced a policy of regime change. He did not implement such a change. It was Bush who took us to war, not Clinton."
