Actually, no. The number of suicide bombers has dropped only by about one-third, according to IDF numbers. It is the number of successful suicide bombers that has dropped drastically, from 1 in 10 to less than 1 in 25, approximately.

The Pals have long been given a free pass on merely attempting to murder Jews.
