Cheney's office is still guilty of treason, according to insiders. That article does not change the fact that Cheney or someone close to him deliberately outed a high level CIA undercover officer. That is treason. Who cares if Wilson's wife pushed him for a job or not? That's just trivial. Why would anyone even bring that up except as a smear attempt, like OJ's attorneys would try to do. Find one half-truth the person has told and try to descredit everything they've ever said in life. BS.

The Washington Post just like any newspaper can be used and snookered, though not often. They were snookered for instance on the voter roll scrubbing in Florida in 2000. Jeb denied it so they didn't run with the story, but now they all know it was true, and is still true.

We are dealing with very unscrupulous people with this neocon rightwing. If they're guilty of treason (and you can bet they are) they they need to hang. And I mean by their necks.

It's interesting this Wilson smear attempt comes just as it's coming out that Dick Cheney's Chief of Staff, Louis (Scooter) Libby, was the one who committed treason by leaking Palme's name and CIA affiliation to the press. The stench of lies from the Bush administration is becoming overwhelming!
