Zogby has them in a statistical dead heat, with or without Nader among the choices. CBS also has them in a statistical dead heat. The Associated Press-Ipsos poll gives Bush/Cheney a statistically significant four point lead over Kerry/Edwards, 50% to 46% with Nader garnering only 2%.

But more importantly, since we can all cherry-pick the polls we like, most of them also show wide swings from survey to survey - frequently 5 point swings up or down in two to three weeks.

In any case, you said, and I quote you directly, "No other poll shows Bush leading or even tied." You are clearly wrong... but that will come as no surprise to anyone who has read your drivel here on SI.

Also consider Nader is not on a single ballot yet

You are such a complete disingenuous spinbot. You yap on and on, paying no regard to facts or reality. FYI, Kerry is also not on a single ballot yet, nitwit. I'm sure the below is true in any number of states...

INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE: Nader files in Nevada

More than twice the number of necessary signatures submitted

By ERIN NEFF
REVIEW-JOURNAL

He's back. And this time, Ralph Nader might make a difference in Nevada's presidential race.

On Thursday, the Nader campaign filed 11,348 signatures with the secretary of state's office nominating him as an independent candidate for president, with Peter Camejo as vice president. Five thousand valid signatures are needed for the pair to qualify for the Nevada ballot.

"I look forward to campaigning in Nevada," Nader said in a written statement...

...Zeese said he is confident Nader will be on the ballot in 46 states, most of which have deadlines to qualify between now and October.
