Well now you're changing your argument. As far as quality there is only one standard and that is, does the product meet the drawings, specifications and standards set out by the buyer. The answer is either yes or no. Clearly chinese labor is producing products that meet the requirements otherwise they would get sent back. When I go to the store I buy the most efficiently made product, e.g. meets my needs and has the lowest price. I do not go to the store and buy the most expensive product because if I did that I would be broke in short order.
