Of particular concern are the nation's borders and ports, Daschle said, and there are security issues unresolved as the homeland security appropriations are "hung up" in the Senate. I have to believe that anybody planning anything has already been in the country for some time already. When you look at the porosity of our Mexican border it's a miracle we don't have suicide bombings here in the country every day (except that Mexicans and Latinos in general have far better things to do with their time, but there are non Mexicans slipping in from what I hear.)
