Alan - I believe that this cannot be understood without understanding the Aaronic preisthood in the temple worship institutions that prefigured the preisthood of Christ under Melchezdik. I can also confess that I do not fully understand the implications of all that is being taught in these verses for a certainty. However, I will expound to you how I see it and perhaps some lively discussion can ensue that could bring out more of what these verse do in fact teach - but not right this moment. It is 10:00 and I am going to watch a movie :-) Preparation for the sabbath??? - Not :-) Brian
