Doesn't surprise me. The Pope is cracking down. Either the Bishops defy him or say, regretfully, that they must do what the Pope says to do.

Do the majority of the Catholics vote for the Dems or Repubs? Seems to me I just saw that as a group, they tended to vote for the Democrats.

The Repubs don't run the Vatican.
