Taking Darwinism to regulate the market is the same as accepting that a total collapse of the markets ability to survive is needed. IMO that's not the way - The impact on biz at all would be a disaster.

I would favor eliminating the OTCBB altogether, as a failed experiment. All it does is provide scam operations with an aura of credibility. If a company doesn't qualify for one of the exchanges, let 'em trade on the pink sheets where they belong.
