I cant say how long just that the evidence will be compelling like:
When no one wants to buy.
When interest only loans are considered stupid or non existent.
When the builders back off new construction.
When down payments for first time buyers become a tough nut to crack.
When second homes become a luxury.
When this thread goes dead.
I'm sure there's more but you get the idea.
