The active military is not supposed to be partisan political at all, however, clearly the Bushies have tried to cajole active personnel into working for them. The proof is the "Mission Accomplished" photo op on the aircraft carrier, the late voting in Florida in 2000, the fake letters home from Iraq handed to soldiers and the over use in general of Bush of hand-picked soldiers as photo op props. Many top generals have come out against the Bush military policies are being reckless, dishonest and blundering.

AWOLBUSH.com shows Bush is a draft-dodger who shirked his duty (Cheney dodged the draft too) who has cut veterans benefits and wants to even more, while John Kerry is Silver Star winning war hero with three Purple Hearts who has fought for veterans rights his entire career.

Therefore it is ironic that you, a Bushie, would be bringing up military service.

Kerry spoke to the Citadel on Hardball about 15 months ago. They cadets started out very pro Bush and by the end of the session they gave Kerry a standing ovation and agreed that it was worth waiting to carefully prepare for any invasion of Iraq. Unfortunatelym Bush didn't Kerry's advice on that one and just rushed in, getting many soldiers of ours killed as a result. Bush also let Osama go at Tora Bora for some reason.

After the election, send me a post with the percentages of military that voted for Bush versus kerry. Then we will see if you know anything about the military soldier's thinking.
