Your level of ignorance dwarfs all posters at SI. As far as NCLB, U.S. taxpayers already pay more per student for education than any other country. That should defintely include getting at least basic performance from public school elementary students without the need for additional expenditure. That's why education community hates GW Bush...he expects results and they're content with the failing status quo.
