Mexico is taking back California which of course used to be part of Mexico. Mexico can have it. By the way nobody is stealing Iraq's oil. If there was an oil theft in progress all they had to do is claim Iraq ows the coaltion for taking down Saddam and that payment can be made from future oil revenues. They aren't doing that. In fact much of Iraq's debt is simply being forgiven. Oil Revenue will go to Iraqis.
