So far we have to content ourselves with simply kicking them into the STREET. That task will be WELL-ADVANCED on November 2. Are you drunk, on drugs, or insane? How do you intend to do this? You have to throw away most of the Bill of Rights plus some parts of the Constitution itself to do it. Constitutional amendment? You think you could get a bill gutting the Bill of Rights past 2/3 of both houses of Congress and the 3/4 of the state legislatures? Not the hope of a snowball in Hades. Martial law? LEGALLY the President MAY be able to suspend habeas corpus in time of insurrection. But you'd better be sure there really is insurrection because otherwise the first bills of impeachment will hit the inbox in the House within an hour.
