Everyone needs a good lawyer when they've been wronged. You should be ashamed to attack litigation attorneys as a group. While some (like in any business) may be unethical, John Edwards is an honest champion of people who've been badly hurt. In fact, his success as a lawyer is a big plus to the campaign as Bill Schenider revealed on Inside Politics. The real problem in this country are the big time corporate gougers who buy license to steal and pollute from the Bushie regime. yes we do need to fix certain malpractice insdurance problems, but that can be done in a common sense, fair and centrist fashion, not with Bushie bills written by corporate lobbyists.
