Bush does not know what si going on around him. always has been that way. So the question of lying in the face of ignorance is a non issue.

Actually, Kerry and Bush both lie to the public. They are not exceptional men by any stretch of the imagination...much money is being spent on the two to make them look more than what they are... and people like you work so hard trying to fool us. It won't happen here.
