It could be a bullish setup, but OTOH, it is also possible that the April 1 top was a weak Wave 5 of a larger formation, and the POG could in fact be positioning itself for a C or 3 down (having retraced 62% of the decline into May) XAU broke the 5/27 top, but HUI didn't. XAU made 3 waves down since January, and might be looking for a fifth one. It would need to kick butt here pretty hard in order to eliminate this option. I own some miners, thinking what to do.
