Idiot....such a huge endeavor certainly needs a rain date if their is disruption. Yes......like we always have election rain dates for possible terrorist attacks and other catastrophes...like we did in the 2002 and 2003 elections. And you call me an idiot. Only a fool such as you would see evil in proper alternative planning. Alternative actions to accommodate necessary functions. In your world crisis management would be impossible.
