Yep, it's the planning for a "major" emergency: - BabyBush is going to lose the election Jeb, Florida and Diebold not withstanding. That would constitute a major emergency. - OBL gets invited to make another attack. Notice all the 'hair on fire' yammering that he himself is planning another attack soon? Given that they can't find OBL, how do they know what he's planning? Isn't it astonishing that we in the USA could actually consider such a thing possible and even likely? Who would have thought such impossible thoughts 4 years ago? It's so clear how Hitler and fascism could have taken hold just a generation ago. Tyranny is always waiting in the wings and this time it comes in the guise of religion and protection from unknown 'terrorist' threats.
