The putting on of "incorruptible" was a "body" that does not rot.

No, that is immortality. A body that won't die is immortal. Incorruptible is "that cannot be corrupted, esp. morally. This has to do with personality, not your body.

Those verses are not talking about "morality" they speak about our bodies that are destined to return to dust.

No, Paul tell us in 1 Cor 15:53 that we shall put on incorruption, AND we shall also put on immortality. One is the physical body that can't die and the other is our spirituality which can never be corrupted.

I have no more sorrow or tears or death - Alan

I know you sorrowed over your brother Brian. And ye shall surely die. It's appointed for man to die once, and then the judgment. Heb 9:27

I have been set free from them in Christ as they relate to

THE DEATH

I have that now:

John 11:26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die.
Believest thou this?

I checked 3 literal translations and they all made a reference to "the age or eon".

CLNT "And everyone who is living and believing in Me should by no means be dying for the eon"

Young's Literal Translation "and everyone who is living and believing in me shall not die-to the age."

Rotherham's Emphasized "and no one who liveth again and believeth on me shall in anywise die unto times age abiding

Again we see the KJV has left a little bit out. It changes the meaning to say that those believing on Christ will have life for the ages or eons.

Did Jesus lie?

Of course not.

Did they ever die?

Physical deaths, absolutely. But they will live and reign with Christ during the last 2 ages.

What is THE DEATH Alan?
