What exactly is "disgusting" about prudent planning for such an event....???? The fact that you have to ask speaks volumes. We don't have to have a contingency plan for our elections. The reason being is because we are a democracy. A healthy democracy doesn't suspend elections for any reason. You do understand, genius.......a democracy....that's where people are free to vote; where what occurs during political campaigns does not determine when the elections will be held. Read my lips a democracy........there will be no contingency plans for the November election. Deal with it!
