Bush is lying about Libya today. Remember Lt. Colonel Kwiatowski of the DOD whose job it was to prepare the Libya security report. She stated clearly that Cheney's secret group grabbed her report and rewrote it to make Libya still look like a terrorist state, while she had written that Libya was no threat whatsoever to us anymore and had become moderate. Bush is lying about this today to claim credit for "disarming" Libya when Libya gladly made a big oil deal and handed over some worthless weapons systems components in exchange for some Bushie PR.
