It is an interesting exercise to go back and read Dent's book "The Great Boom Ahead", written in the early '90s, and see just how right he was. It is a somewhat odd but nevertheless satisfying experience to know what the future will bring - at least at a trend level - no? Of course, the all-weather Chicken Littles that populate this thread will find some way to protect their much-cherished irrational fixations on an imminent real estate crash.
