Maybe not. From what I can tell the individual behind the ML downgrade is Steve Mulinovich (sp).

ML has had a number of axe's on intel. If memory serves, Mulinovich is not the sharpest pencil in the cup, but remember, ML's primary business is churning the accounts, so it works for them.

I wonder what Naiak(?) has to say.

So they think the stock is actually more of a buy now at $26.25, than when it was at its low of $13.53 on 16-Oct-02.

Geez, who among them didn't think Intc was a great buy at $14?
