With Bush-CHeney, you don't need conspiracy theories, they run the White House as if it were their own CIA. SO many cover ups and lies, etc. Today's big lie is that Bush disarmed Libya. Lt. Colonel Kwiatowski whose job at the DOD was to measure Libya's threat reported two years ago that Libya was no longer any real threat and sought to make peace (and oil deals). The Cheney group came along, rewrote her report and tried to make it look like Libya was still a terrorist state. Why? Because they were about to make a big oil deal, and the name Gaffai still scared people who remember the 70's and early 80's when he actually was a threat.
