Rick Visage was down almost 50% however IDX was only down 25%. The techs as you know have had a very severe correction. When a sector goes down they all go down. My indicators also tell me we are at the bottom of this correction. There is a slight chance that there could be one more severe down day. The Advance/Decline is pointing up and that is where we are going. For years we lived on expectations of IDX increased revenues. With the BPA we almost have a guarantee of future revenue growth, not to mention other contracts that are to be awarded. See you in Minn in October
