True. However; there is also a fine line between taking advantage of an "unforseen situation", and help creating the "situation" in the first place. The end goal is profit, how to get there is a different story. It seems that "the end justifies the means" has been the standard mode of operation for many in the MIC, WS, etc...

With enough money and power the "means" can and do cross, moral, ethical, and legal lines.
