You mean, instead of any heads rolling at the CIA or FBI (where the bureaucracies screwed up)... you think the Senate committee that reviews their actions (and has firmly criticized the screw-ups, thus doing the job they are there to do) should 'resign'???????????????? Do you ALWAYS shoot the messenger who brings you bad news? How idiotic! If you keep doing that, you'll never hear any bad news, and you'll be left adrift in a sea of bogus feel-good Pollyannish pap put forth by yes-men.
