Michael Moore has indeed offered 10 K for any proven lie. Go to his website or do a search. It's common knowledge. You should check before you call someone a liar. So if you believe Moore lied, go get him. And good luck. SO far not a single lie found in the film despite all the criticisms from the right about the "tone" and the "propaganda". How hypocritical is the rightwing to criticize anyone else for propaganda. They are starting to make the old Soviets look honest. Look at today's BS "disarming of Libya" photo op, for instance. Pure dishonest manipulation of reality.
