I don't have much of a record tying Milunovich's general calls with Intel specifically. He does cover some individual stocks, though. He's got a buy on IBM, AAPL, LXK, and NCR right now. With the possible exception of IBM, he made an excellent call when he moved the others to a buy.

All that said, though, in general Wall Street analysts' recommendations show very little correlation with future stock price performance. With more macro cases like this one, Wall Street's irrelevance is even more probable. While Milunovich's call in regard to the fundamentals might be accurate, the odds are that the stocks have long since discounted it.
