re: Bush was duly elected. That is a fact. By the US Supreme Court? I think not... at least not under my constitution. And what ever happened to conservatives supporting states rights? I guess that principle gets thrown by the wayside when it comes to electing a Republican president and to a gay marriage amendment. John
