Sorry...the FLA Supremes do not get the final say on US Constitutional issues nor on federal statutes.....that's the job of the USSC which decided the FLA decison was made in error......that's the way the system works, ergo, Bush was duly elected.....under the rule of law.....

Antidemocratic types like yourself find this hard to deal with...I understand.....but those ARE the facts.....

John, the Fla, Supremes were not treating all the ballots with' EQUAL justice under the Law" that's why the USSC had to step in. If the Fla. Supremes said some floridians could be enslaved, should the USSC step in????
