I think that Bush had a lot on his plate, and therefore my criticisms are muted, but yes, I agreed with Dole, for example, that we should have armed and given some tatical air support to the Bosnian Muslims, so that they could fight to a stalemate, at least. By the time we went in, the ethnic relocations had mostly been accomplished. The Kosovo crisis welled up much later, but I think that we should have shown less tolerance for ethnic cleansing in the first place, beginning with the Bush Administration.

I am not sure I found them odious, but I thought that knee jerk reactions against Clinton were marring their judgment, and disagreed.
