Yes tonto John Kerry is spending money on his campaign, but why does Bush need to equal that when his speech is so lucid? He stands out when he says

"I know what I believe. I will continue to ARTICULATE what I believe --and what I believe -- I believe that what I believe is right."

There are many articles in the newspapers about the Kerry campaign. I admit that I
don't follow the articles closely.
