Bush's Iraqi funding bill was corrupt and a waste of money. No accountability, no paying for it, no Iraqi oil in exchange, nothing but a blank check on the credit card and now that the money is gone we'll never find out where it went. This is what happens when the administrative branch has congress in their hands and can squander as much of the public money as they want. And people like you cover for them. If they had passed the Biden-Kerry amendment we taxpayers would be in much better position and probably so would our troops.
