Obama may run unopposed in Illinois ..... ..... Barack Obama, the incredibly popular Democratic candidate for the Senate from Illinois, appears to be running unopposed ever since Jack Ryan dropped out of the race because of his divorce records getting unsealed. He turned out to be your typical Republican: anti-abortion and pro-strip club. The Republicans are a mess. They can't find anyone to run against Obama. Now this talk about Ditka. What a joke! The Congresswoman from Evanston (Jan S.--I can't remember her last name) was at a White House event recently. She was wearing an "OBAMA" campaign button. President bush asked her why she was wearing an "OSAMA" button. Jan told this to a friend of mine the other day. SERIOUSLY! /john
