It would only be a potential double bottom ... even if that open occurs. BTW are you looking at a daily chart ... and considering the first bottom to have occurred back in April?

Seems to me Intc's been bottoming forever now.

I'll take any reversal at this point.

The software/service hit would still be puzzling. At odds with SMB.
