Not sure. These would seem to complement or supplant the BioSepra beads:

I haven't seen studies involving either one. The Agilent columns are already out there, though not super cheap or long lasting. If this can beat on cost/performance ratio, then fine. Perhaps the strategy is to offer an alternative package without tripping on Agilent's IP.
