It would be interesting to have someone curate an exhibition on your site where submissions are of 640x480 resolution and sent in by email or web form. Might be too late for that. Most low res cameras are now in phones, and a whole new phonecam movement is already speeding ahead, along with sites dedicated specifically for this kind of photography. Here is one of many: sentonline.com Remains to be seen how many will use low resolution cameras (phone or otherwise) to create cohesive bodies of work. Thus far I haven't found anyone who'd impressed me. But I keep looking...
