Interesting point you made about internet access vs.
health insurance vs. food on the table.

Internet access has to be right up there in the
luxuries category if one is having to make
the kind of trade offs claimed by Orca.

Cable TV is another luxury.

My guess is that he'd save from $75/mo
and up just by eliminating those items
from his budget.

Not seeing Michael Moore movies would
also save some cash...........:-)

There's a difference between not being
able to afford health insurance and not
choosing to budget for it.
